DeSantis Breindel Claims Gold, Bronze at Transform Awards North America 2023 

We are proud to announce that DeSantis Breindel took home Gold and Bronze at the ninth annual Transform Awards North America, celebrated at New York City’s Edison Ballroom on October 10, 2023.  

Every year, the Transform Awards recognize “the very best work in rebranding and brand development,” evaluating work across brand strategy, creative and execution/activation. We’re honored every time they recognize our work. 

This year, we won the Gold Award for our work with Davis (a real estate investment and development leader) in the category of “Best Visual Identity from the Property, Construction and Facilities Management Sector.” We received the Bronze Award for our work with MGAC (a global project and cost management consultancy) in the category of “Best Rebrand of a Digital Property.”

Category: Best Visual Identity from the Property, Construction and Facilities Management Sector 

Davis had outgrown its brand and needed to set itself apart from national real estate development and investment competitors. So DeSantis Breindel developed a fresh look inspired by Davis’s legacy of anticipating the many trends (economic, demographic and social) that drive real estate valuations. 

Davis’s new visual identity highlights their unique sense of perspective—represented by a stylized window. This design metaphor for vision and long-term focus now:  

  • Defines the company’s logo, making Davis unmistakable  
  • Brings a differentiating freshness to property photos 
  • Celebrates Davis’s culture, in which everyone is encouraged to share their perspective

Transform Award: Bronze

Category: Best Rebrand of a Digital Property

MGAC had expanded its project and cost management consultancy services and grown rapidly beyond its Washington, D.C. headquarters. New offices were open across Europe and North America, and they had recently acquired a cost management company based in the UK. They needed a new brand that reflected their growing reach and complete breadth of services. 

DeSantis Breindel built MGAC’s new brand on a direct, clear idea: “Elevate Every Expectation.” The rebrand would announce a new era, introducing the marketplace to a bigger, better MGAC.  

A comprehensive, accelerated overhaul of the company’s website followed. Built with future expansions in mind, the site now offers a new, differentiating visitor experience that delivers on MGAC’s current promise: 

  • Dramatic photos and streamlined copy keep visitors’ focus on MGAC’s stunning work  
  • An interactive map helps visitors explore offices, culture and projects across geographies  
  • A new, aligned Careers page offers talent a taste of MGAC’s dynamic culture
