This discussion entitled, “An Office Romance,” will provide insider tips and tricks for working smarter with colors, fonts, templates, master pages and style sheets in Microsoft Office suite, empowering designers to serve the broad range of their client’s end users. “Powerpoint and Word documents are often the most visible and constant expression of a client’s brand, so designers need to understand how to work in these applications.” says Jane Margolis, one of the co-presenters.
The event will be held at General Assembly, 902 Broadway at 21st Street, 4th floor, on Tuesday, November 13 from 8-9AM. Breakfast Club events are casual morning meetings led by various experts that explore specific focused topics related to challenges designers face.
Jane Margolis, Design Director at DeSantis Breindel and Chris Kelly, Production Manager at DeSantis Breindel will lead the discussion. Margolis has been directing creative and production on comprehensive branding assignments and major digital development initiatives at DeSantis Breindel for more than 20 years. Kelly has been a designer and production manager for print and digital projects at the firm for more than 10 years.
